Condition
Some customers may comment that the second row center console lid will not latch.
Cause
The plastic latch may be weak after extensive usage.
Correction
Replace the latch with a new robust designed latch.
- Open the console lid.
- Remove the two phillips-head screws that retain the latch to the lid and remove the latch.
- Install the new latch and tighten the two screws.
- Close the console lid.
