Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1255951 Size: SH
  1. Remove the valve cover assembly. Refer to Control Valve Body Disassemble .
  2. Pull out the sealing sleeve, Brake C with a nail.
  3. Rotate the transaxle 90 degrees.

    4. Object Number: 1255980 Size: SH
  4. Remove the rear cover bolts.
  5. Tap the rear cover.
  6. Remove the rear cover.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1255980 Size: SH
  1. Install the cover.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the rear cover bolts to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).

  2. Rotate the transaxle 90 degrees.

    3. Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the sealing sleeve, Brake C.
  4. Install the valve body assembly. Refer to Control Valve Body Assemble .
