The electronic brake control module (EBCM) cannot operate normally, when system voltage is too high.
This diagnostic procedure supports the following DTC:
DTC C0900 Device Voltage High
The ignition is ON.
| • | The EBCM detects ignition voltage is greater than 17.5 volts. | 
| • | The vehicle achieves a speed greater than 7 km/h (4 mph). | 
If equipped, the following actions occur:
| • | The EBCM disables the ABS/dynamic rear proportion (DRP). | 
| • | The EBCM disables the TCS. | 
| • | The Antilock Brake System (ABS) indicator turns ON. | 
| • | The brakes message is displayed. | 
| • | The traction fault message is displayed. | 
The conditions for setting the DTC are no longer present and you use the scan tool Clear DTCs function.
