The electronic brake control module (EBCM) cannot operate normally when system voltage is too high.
The ignition is ON.
| • | The EBCM detects ignition voltage is greater than 17.5 volts. | 
| • | The vehicle acheives a speed greater than 7 km/h (4 mph). | 
If equipped, the following actions occur:
| • | The EBCM disables the ABS/DRP. | 
| • | The EBCM disables the TCS. | 
| • | The ABS indicator turns ON. | 
| • | The brakes message is displayed. | 
| • | The traction fault message is displayed. | 
The conditions for setting the DTC are no longer present and you use the scan tool Clear DTCs function.
