The ignition switch is damaged.

Replace the ignition switch assembly. Refer to Ignition and Key Alarm Sw Assembly - Assemble or Ignition and Key Alarm Sw Assembly - Assemble Floor Shift .

The connection at the ignition switch or the column connectors is loose.

1. Reconnect the connectors.
2. Check the operation of the system.
