Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner. Refer to the appropriate procedure:
    2. •  Air Cleaner Replacement in Engine Controls - 6.6L
    •  Air Cleaner Replacement in Engine Controls - 7.2L
    •  Air Cleaner Replacement in Engine Controls - 7.8L
    •  Air Cleaner Replacement in Engine Controls - 8.1L
  2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement in Engine Mechanical - 6.6L.
  3. Remove the fan and clutch assembly. Refer to Fan Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 815364 Size: SH
  4. Remove the bolts (3) from the cooling fan pulley (2).
  5. Remove the cooling fan pulley.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 815364 Size: SH
  1. Install the cooling fan pulley.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bolts (3) to the cooling fan pulley (2).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).

  3. Install the fan and clutch assembly. Refer to Fan Replacement .
  4. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement in Engine Mechanical - 6.6L.
  5. Install the air cleaner. Refer to the appropriate procedure:
    6. •  Air Cleaner Replacement in Engine Controls - 6.6L
    •  Air Cleaner Replacement in Engine Controls - 7.2L
    •  Air Cleaner Replacement in Engine Controls - 7.8L
    •  Air Cleaner Replacement in Engine Controls - 8.1L
