Makes 🢒 HUMMER 🢒 2004 🢒 H2 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Automatic Transmission - 4L60-E/4L65-E 🢒 1-2 Accumulator Assemble

    Object Number: 7733 Size: SH
  1. Inspect the 1-2 accumulator piston (56) for the following conditions:
    2. • Porosity
    • Cracks
    • Scoring
    • Nicks and Scratches
  2. Install a 1-2 accumulator piston oil seal ring (55) on the 1-2 accumulator piston (56).

    3. Object Number: 828121 Size: SH
  3. Inspect the 1-2 accumulator housing for the following conditions:
    4. • Porosity
    • Cracks
    • Scoring
    • Nicks and Scratches
    • Debris or blocked passages

    Object Number: 828123 Size: SH
  4. Install the 1-2 inner (104) and outer (54) accumulator springs.
  5. Install the 1-2 accumulator piston (56).

  1. Inspect the 1-2 accumulator piston (56) for the following conditions:
    2. • Porosity
    • Cracks
    • Scoring
    • Nicks and Scratches
  2. Install a 1-2 accumulator piston oil seal ring (55) on the 1-2 accumulator piston (56).

  3. Inspect the 1-2 accumulator housing for the following conditions:
    4. • Porosity
    • Cracks
    • Scoring
    • Nicks and Scratches
    • Debris or blocked passages

    Object Number: 1220956 Size: SH

    Important: Some models do not use 1-2 accumulator spring - inner (104).

  4. Install the 1-2 inner (104) and outer (54) accumulator springs.
  5. Install the 1-2 accumulator piston (56).
