Preliminary Procedure Remove the auxiliary HVAC heater core. Refer to Auxiliary Heater Core Replacement. Disconnect any wiring connectors. Invert the auxiliary HVAC module to access components.
1	Auxiliary A/C Evaporator and Blower Lower Case - Inboard Screw (Qty: 12) Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 2 N·m (18 lb in)
2	Auxiliary A/C Evaporator and Blower Lower Case - Inboard Procedure Note the location and routing of the wiring harness to ensure proper reinstallation. When replacing the HVAC case, transfer all necessary components.
