Inspect the steering column lock system for the following conditions:

•	Loose IP-to-column upper and lower bracket mounting bolts

•	A sheared IP upper bracket capsule

•	Loose tilt head pivot pins

•	A loose shoe lock pin in the bearing and the steering housing assembly

•	Loose support screws
