Is the unlock function inoperative from both transmitters?

Replace the RKE module. Refer to Remote Control Door Lock Receiver Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

1. Replace the transmitter.
2. Reprogram the transmitter. Refer to Transmitter Programming .
