- Set the mirror select switch to the inoperative mirror.
- Use a J 39200
digital multimeter (DMM) in order to backprobe the power mirror switch between
terminal M and terminal E (left outside power mirror).
- Position the power mirror switch to the left and then to the right.
Is the voltage within the specified range?

- Disconnect the inoperative outside power mirror connector.
- Connect the DMM between terminal A and terminal B
of the outside power mirror connector.
- Position the power mirror switch to the left and then to the right.

- Connect the DMM between the outside power mirror connector terminal B
and ground.
