Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 497490 Size: SH
  1. Drain the washer solvent container.
  2. Remove the right front wheelhouse extension. Refer to Wheelhouse Extension Replacement in Body Front End.
  3. Disconnect the washer hose from the washer pump.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the washer pump.

    5. Object Number: 497491 Size: SH
  5. Remove the washer pump from the washer solvent container.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 497491 Size: SH
  1. Install the washer pump in the washer solvent container.

    2. Object Number: 497490 Size: SH
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the washer pump.
  3. Connect the washer hose to the washer pump.
  4. Install the right front wheelhouse extension. Refer to Wheelhouse Extension Replacement in Body Front End.
  5. Fill the washer solvent container.
