The dome lamp operates in conjunction with the door jamb switch and/or the dome lamp switch. The dome lamp harness extends up the left windshield pillar, outboard of the sunshade support, and across the inner roof panel to the dome lamp.

1. Remove the dome lens (1) from the dome lamp (2). Pry off with a flat bladed tool.



2. Remove the dome lamp (2).

Pry down on the dome lamp in order to disengage the dome lamp retainers (3).

1. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the dome lamp (2).
2. Position the dome lamp retaining fasteners (3) over the fastener holes.

Press the dome lamp (2) into place.




3. Install the dome lens (3) to the dome lamp (2). Ensure that the unit is retained.
