1. Turn the headlamp switch to the HEAD position.
2. Turn the headlamp switch to the HIGH position.
3. Using a test light, probe between the instrument cluster harness connector terminal A12 and ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

Repair the poor connection or open in circuit 640 between the fuse block connector terminal E2 and the instrument cluster harness connector terminal A12.

Has the repair been made?

Go to Headlight System Check

--

1. Leave the headlamp switch in the HEAD position and on HIGH
2. Using a test light, backprobe between the instrument cluster harness connector terminal B2 and ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

--

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

Repair the poor connection or open in circuit 1200 between the instrument cluster connector harness terminal B2 and C201 terminal K.

Has the repair been made?

--

Go to Headlight System Check

Service the instrument cluster. Refer to Diagnostic System Check - Instrument Cluster in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console .
