DTC C1355 identifies an internal malfunction. The EBCM/EBTCM motor driver interface custom integrated circuit detects the malfunction.
DTC C1355 sets when an internal EBCM/EBTCM malfunction exists.
| • | A malfunction DTC stores. | 
| • | The ABS disables. | 
| • | The TCS disables. | 
| • | The amber ABS warning indicator turns on. | 
| • | The amber TCS warning indicator turns on. | 
| • | The condition responsible for setting the DTC no longer exists and the Scan Tool Clear DTC function is used. | 
| • | 100 drive cycles pass with no DTC detected. | 
DTC C1355 will set alone. DTC C1355 may cause unpredictable operation. The Brake warning indicator turns on if the TCS was active at the time DTC C1355 set.
