Preliminary Procedure

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to LINK.

Radiator Inlet Hose

Procedure

1. Detach the quick release hose connector from the radiator.
2. After installation, fill the coolant reservoir to the fill level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling
3. Inspect cooling system for leaks.

Radiator Inlet Hose

Procedure

Using a hose clamp tool reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp and detach from the engine.

Coolant Cross Over Pipe

Procedure

1. Release the coolant hose from the top of the fan shroud.
2. Release the coolant hose from the charge air cooler pipes.
3. Detach the coolant hose from the radiator surge tank.

Radiator Outlet Hose

Procedure

1. After installation, Fill the coolant reservoir to the fill level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling
2. Inspect cooling system for leaks.

Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove engine appearance cover replacement. Refer to LINK.
2. Draing the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
