Preliminary Procedures Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement Remove the charge air inlet hose. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe and Outlet Pipe Replacement Remove the right headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement
1	Compressor and Condenser Hose Fasteners (Qty: 3) Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 22 N·m(16 lb ft)
2	Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Use new sealing washer. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement

Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Remove the charge air inlet hose. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe and Outlet Pipe Replacement
Remove the right headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement

Compressor and Condenser Hose Fasteners (Qty: 3)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
22 N·m(16 lb ft)

Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose

Use new sealing washer. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement

1	A/C Compressor and Condenser Hose Fastener Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Procedure Remove the A/C compressor and condenser hose from the A/C evaporator hose and cap hose. Tighten 20 N·m (15 lb ft)
2	Sealing Washer Procedure Remove and discard sealing washer. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement.
3	A/C Compressor Hose Fastener Procedure Remove the A/C compressor hose from the A/C compressor and cap hose. Tighten 22 N·m (15 lb ft)
4	Sealing Washer Procedure Remove and discard sealing washers. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement.
5	A/C Condenser Hose Fastener Tighten 20 N·m (15 lb ft)
6	Sealing Washer Procedure Remove and discard sealing washer. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement.
7	A/C Compressor and Condenser Hose Assembly

3	A/C Compressor Hose Fastener Procedure Remove the A/C compressor hose from the A/C compressor and cap hose. Tighten 20 N·m (15 lb ft)
4	Sealing Washer Procedure Remove and discard sealing washer. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement.
5	A/C Condenser Hose Fastener Tighten 20 N·m (15 lb ft)
6	Sealing Washer Procedure Remove and discard sealing washer. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement.
