Makes 🢒 Opel 🢒 2009 🢒 Insignia NB (Global Epsilon) 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 1.6L (LDE or LLU) and 1.8L (2H0) 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Installation
  1. Clean the exhaust manifold gasket surface.
  2. Install a NEW exhaust manifold gasket to the exhaust manifold.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2026825 Size: SH
  3. Install the exhaust manifold  (3) and tighten the 9 NEW manifold nuts (4) to  20 N·m (15 lb ft).
  4. Install the 2 exhaust manifold bracket bolts (2) to  20 N·m (15 lb ft).

    5. Object Number: 2026828 Size: SH
  5. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield (3).
  6. Install the wiring harness bracket (1) and the 3 exhaust manifold heat shield bolts (2, 4).
  7. Tighten the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts to  15 N·m (11 lb ft).
