Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1941819 Size: SH
  1. Remove the closure bolt (1).
  2. Clean the thread.

Measurement Procedure

    Object Number: 1937132 Size: SH
  1. Install the EN 49423 gage  (2).
  2. Install the EN 49418 adapter  (1).
  3. Start the engine.
  4. Check oil pressure.

    5. At idling speed, the oil pressure must be at least 130 kPa (18,85 psi) and the oil temperature must be >=80°C (170°F).

Installation Procedure
  1. Switch off the engine.
  2. Remove the EN 49418 adapter .
  3. Remove the EN 49423 gage .
  4. Install new closure bolt in the cylinder head.

    5. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  5. Tighten the closure bolt to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).
  6. Check the engine oil level.
