 Procedure
- Lock the flywheel with 
EN-49437 holder
.
 
- Position the driven plate and the pressure plate on the flywheel and loosely tighten the bolts.
 
- Apply suitable locking agent. Refer to 
Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
 
 
Tighten 28 N·m(21 lb ft) Special ToolsEN-49437 Flywheel Holder

Procedure
|     •  | Centring the clutch with
TBD  guide drift
. |  
  
|     •  | Check the contact surface of the driven plate in the flywheel. |  
  
|     •  | Check the pressure plate for scratches and warping. |  
  
|     •  | Check the release bearing for noise, wear and the like. |  
  
|     •  | Check driven plate wear and replace, if necessary. |  
  
|     •  | For cars with self-adjusting pressure plate, clutch plate and pressure plate are matched in pairs and must therefore be replaced as a pair. |  
  
|     •  | On vehicles with dual mass flywheel, the convex side of the driven plate should face the gearbox |
