Special Tools

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools.

1. Remove the steering intermediate shaft from the steering gear. Refer to LINK.
2. Remove the battery box. Refer to Battery Box Replacement.
3. Remove the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
4. Remove the selector lever cable from the transmission. Refer to LINK.
5. Remove the clutch pressure hose from the connection piece.

•	Open the retaining clamp.

•	Remove the clutch pressure hose.

•	Close the retaining clamp.

•	Close the pressure hose.

6. Remove the front wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
7. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.
8. Remove the exhaust front pipe. Refer to LINK.
9. Install the CH-49289 blue tool . Refer to LINK.



10. Certain hanging up the cooling module (1).



11. Install both EN-47650-50 front holder , both EN-47650-200 bearing , EN-47650 retainer frame assembly and EN-47649 engine bridge .



12. Install the chain hoist left side (2) to the engine holder at front side(3).



13. Install the chain hoist right side (4) to the engine holder at rear side (5).
14. Remove the transmission mount left side. Refer to LINK.
15. Remove the transmission front mount. Refer to LINK.
16. Remove the transmission rear mount. Refer to LINK.



17. Remove the both steering pipe (6) from steering gear.
18. Remove the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Front Crossmember Replacement.
19. Remove both front wheel drive shaft from the transmission. Refer to LINK.



20. Lower the transmission and install DT-47648 transmission holder (7), XXXXX base frame (8) and the hydraulic jack.
21. Remove the X fastener from the transmission and disconnect the transmission from the engine.

1. Install the transmission with the DT-47648 transmission holder , XXXXX base frame and the hydraulic jack.
2. Connect the transmission with the engine and install X M10 fastener. Tighten the M10 fastener to X N·m (X lb in)
3. Install X fastener M8 from transmission to engine. Tighten the M8 fastener to X N·m (X lb in)
4. Remove the DT-47648 transmission holder , XXXXX base frame and the hydraulic jack.
5. Install both front wheel drive shaft to the transmission. Refer to LINK.
6. Install the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Front Crossmember Replacement.
7. Release the cooling module.
8. Install the steering pipe to steering gear. Tighten the steering pipe to X N·m (X lb in)
9. Install the transmission rear mount. Refer to LINK.
10. Install the transmission front mount. Refer to LINK.
11. Install the transmission mount left side. Refer to LINK.
12. Remove the both chain hoist.
13. Remove both EN-47650-50 front holder , both EN-47650-200 bearing , EN-47650 retainer frame assembly and EN-47649 engine bridge .
14. Remove the blue tool. Refer to LINK.



15. Install the exhaust front pipe. Refer to LINK.
16. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.
17. Install the front wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.



18. Install the clutch pressure hose to the connection piece.

•	Open the pressure hose.

•	Install the clutch pressure hose.

19. Install the selector lever cable to the transmission. Refer to LINK.
20. Install the battery box. Refer to Battery Box Replacement.
21. Install the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
22. Install the steering intermediate shaft to the steering gear. Refer to LINK.
