Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 2005 🢒 Aztek - AWD 🢒 Suspension 🢒 Wheel Alignment 🢒 Stabilizer Shaft Insulator Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the tires. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .

    3. Object Number: 623050 Size: SH
  3. Remove the side stabilizer shaft insulator bracket bolts.
  4. Use a pry bar in order to remove the stabilizer shaft insulator brackets.
  5. Remove the stabilizer shaft insulators (4).

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the stabilizer shaft insulator.

    2. Object Number: 623050 Size: SH
  2. Ensure that the stabilizer shaft insulator locating tabs (3) align with the indentations in the frame (2).
  3. Install the left and right side stabilizer shaft insulator brackets.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the left and right side stabilizer shaft insulator bracket bolts.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the stabilizer shaft insulator bracket bolts to 48 N·m (35 lb in).

  5. Install the front tires. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
