Improper frame insulator
installations may result in the following conditions:
The conditions may sometimes be caused by the following 2 mistakes:
|     •  | The wrong part is installed. | 
 
|     •  | The insulator is not properly tightened. | 
 
An improperly located insulator rubbing on the frame rail may cause
squeaks.
If a problem is diagnosed as an insulator problem, perform the one or
both of the following 2 tests:
|     •  | A color code test, in order to determine the correct usage | 
 
|     •  | A body bolt torque test | 
 
If the wrong insulator is used, replace the insulator with the correct
component.
