Action

There is low pressure due to the power steering pump.

Inspect the steering system for the following conditions:

•	A stuck or inoperative flow control valve

•	A pressure plate that is not flat against the ring

•	An extremely worn ring

•	Scoring on one of the following components:

-	The pressure plate

-	The thrust plate

The rotor

•	Vanes sticking in the rotor slots

•	A break or crack on one of the following components:

-	The thrust plate

-	The pressure plate

•	A high internal leakage
