•	Air in the power steering system

•	A loose steering gear mounting

•	Loose or worn joints from the steering column to the steering gear

•	Loose tie rod ends

•	A worn or missing pipe fitting seat

•	A worn wheel bearing

•	Misadjusted steering gear
