Perform the following steps for the headlight warning alarm:

  1. Remove the ignition key from the ignition switch.
  2. Turn the light switch to the PARK position or the HEAD position.
  3. Open the LH front door.

The headlight warning alarm sounds (about 1 pulse per second).

Perform the following steps for the ignition key warning alarm:

  1. Place the ignition key into the ignition switch.
  2. Leave the ignition switch in the LOCK position.
  3. Open the LH front door.

The ignition key warning alarm sounds (about 2 pulses per second).

Key-in-Ignition Chime Inoperative

Perform the following steps for the seat belt warning alarm:

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
  2. Close the LH front door.
    • The seat belt alarm sounds (about 2 pulses per second) for about 6 seconds.
    • The seat belt indicator remains lit.
