Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1608911 Size: SH
  1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
  2. Loosen the appropriate drive belt idler pulley bolt (1, 2).
  3. Remove the appropriate drive belt idler pulley.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1608911 Size: SH
  1. Install the appropriate drive belt idler pulley.
  2. Tighten the appropriate drive belt idler pulley bolt (1, 2).

    3. Tighten

        • Tighten the bolt (1) to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
        • Tighten the bolt (2) to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).
  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
