- Turn the ignition to OFF.
- Disconnect wiper/washer switch connector C201.
- Turn the wiper switch to DELAY.
- Measure the resistance through the wiper/washer switch assembly
from connector C201 terminal E9 to terminal E3 with a DMM set to the ohms
scale.
- Move the wiper switch through the entire delay range, one notch
at a time.
Does the resistance vary from approximately 39 Kohms to 680 Kohms?

- Disconnect the wiper motor connector.
- Turn the ignition switch to RUN.
- Turn the wiper switch to DELAY.
- Measure the voltage from the wiper motor connector terminal E
to ground with a DMM.
