Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 2004 🢒 Grand Prix 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.8L 🢒 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve and Pipe Removal

  1. Remove the heated oxygen sensor.

    2. Object Number: 965504 Size: SH
  2. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.
  3. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield.

    4. Object Number: 36667 Size: SH
  4. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve nuts, EGR valve and gasket.
  5. Remove the EGR valve adapter inlet pipe bolt from the RH exhaust manifold.
  6. Remove the EGR valve outlet pipe bolt, nut and pipe from the lower intake manifold and the EGR valve adapter assembly.
  7. Remove the EGR valve adapter assembly bolts.
  8. Remove the EGR valve adapter assembly from the cylinder head.
