Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 2005 🢒 Grand Prix 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Electrical 🢒 Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the MAF/IAT sensor electrical connector (2).
  3. Disconnect the PCV tube.

    4. Object Number: 1208107 Size: SH
  4. Loosen the air cleaner intake duct clamps at the throttle body and the air cleaner housing cover.
  5. Remove the air cleaner intake duct from the air cleaner cover.
  6. Remove the air cleaner intake duct from the throttle body.
  7. Remove the MAF/IAT sensor from the air cleaner intake duct.
  8. If replacing the air cleaner intake duct, remove the clamps.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1208107 Size: SH
  1. If removed, install the clamps to the air cleaner intake duct.
  2. Install the MAF/IAT sensor to the air cleaner intake duct.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the air cleaner intake duct to the throttle body and the air cleaner cover.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the duct clamps to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  4. Connect the PCV tube.
  5. Connect the MAF/IAT sensor electrical connector (2).
  6. Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement .
