Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 850555 Size: SH
  1. Remove the liftgate sill trim plate. Refer to Liftgate Door Sill Plate Replacement.
  2. Remove the following components from the vehicle:
    3. ā€¢ The 2 bolts (2)
    ā€¢ The rear liftgate striker (1)

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 850555 Size: SH
  1. Install the liftgate striker (2) to the vehicle.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Secure the striker with the 2 bolts (2). Tighten The rear compartment lid lock striker bolts to 23 NĀ·m (17 lb ft).
  3. Install the liftgate sill trim plate. Refer to Liftgate Door Sill Plate Replacement.
