Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 827374 Size: SH
  1. Loosen the PCV valve hose clamp (2).
  2. Remove the PCV valve hose (3) from the PCV valve
  3. Remove the PCV valve (1) from the cylinder head.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 827374 Size: SH
  1. Install the PCV valve (1) into the cylinder head.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the PCV valve to 27 N·m (13 lb ft).

  2. Connect the PCV valve hose (3) to the PCV valve (1).
  3. Secure the PCV valve hose with one clamp (2).
