Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2008 🢒 Astra 🢒 Diagnostic Navigation 🢒 Programming and Setup 🢒 Driver Knee Bolster Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Tilt the steering column in the upper position.

    2. Object Number: 1936976 Size: LH
  2. Remove the light switch center.
    3. 2.1. Turn the light switch (1) to the left position and press in, then turn pressed switch to the middle position (3).
    2.2. Remove the light switch center (2).

    Object Number: 1937618 Size: LH
  3. Remove the inner paneling for the driver side knee bolster.
    4. 3.1. Remove the 4 bolts.
    3.2. Disconnect and remove the driver knee bolster from the bracket.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the inner paneling for the driver side knee bolster.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the driver knee bolster into the lower bracket.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the 4 bolts to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  3. Install the light switch center.
    4. 3.1. Connect and latch the wiring harness plug.
    3.2. Insert the light switch center.
    3.3. Turn the switch to the OFF position.
    3.4. Tilt the steering column downwards.
