Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1942451 Size: LF
  1. Remove the combined tail lamp.
    2. • Open the access panel.
    • Remove the 2 bolts (2).
    • Remove the tail lamp circuit board.
    • Disconnect the wiring harness plug (1).

    Object Number: 1942454 Size: LF
  2. Remove the tail lamp holder.

    3. Release the 4 clips (1).

  3. Transfer the necessary tail lamp components.

Installation Procedure

    Important: Retaining clips must engage audibly.

  1. Install the bulb holder.

    2. Install the 4 clips.

    Important: 

       • Before installing the tail lamp, ensure that the tail lamp gasket is seated correctly.
       • The gasket (1) with the flat side must not be confused with the gasket (3).

  2. Install the gasket (2).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the tail lamp circuit board.
    4. • Connect wiring harness plug.
    • Insert tail lamp circuit board.
    • Close the access panel.

    Tighten
    Tighten the 2 screws to 5 N·m (44 lb in).
