Tail Lamp Wiring Harness Replacement Coupe

Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.

    Important: Replace or repair the wiring harnesses observing the safety regulations of electrics/electronics.

  1. Disconnect the battery.
  2. Remove the rear compartment, side trim panel, both sides. Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Panel Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1947625 Size: LF
  3. Remove the wiring harness, rear end panel.
    4. • Disconnect the 7 wiring harness plugs.
    • Disconnect the ground connection.
    • Remove the nut.
    • Release the 16 clips.
    • Remove the wiring harness.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  1. Install the wiring harness, rear end panel.
    2. • Position the wiring harness.
    • Install the 16 clips.
    • Connect the ground connection.

    Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

    • Connect the 7 wiring harness plugs.
  2. Install the rear compartment, side trim panel, both sides. Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Connect the battery.
  4. For reprogramming procedures, refer to Control Module References .

  3. Remove the wiring harness, rear end panel.
    4. • Disconnect the 7 wiring harness plugs.
    • Disconnect the ground connection.
    • Remove the nut.
    • Release the 16 clips.
    • Remove the wiring harness.

    2. • Position the wiring harness.
    • Install the 16 clips.
    • Connect the ground connection.

    Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

  2. Install the rear compartment side panel. Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Connect the battery.
