Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1944541 Size: LF
  1. Remove the panel for the microphone (2) and the panel for the sliding sun roof control unit (3).

    2. Release using a suitable tool (screwdriver).

  2. Release the lens from the interior lamp (1).

    3. Object Number: 1941091 Size: LF
  3. Remove the front interior lamp holder.
    4. • Remove the 2 bolts (1).
    • Release the holders (4) all around.
    • Release the wiring harness holder (2).
    • Disconnect the wiring harness plug (3).

    Object Number: 1945963 Size: LF
  4. Remove the microphone.
    5. • Disconnect the compact plug (1).
    • Release and disconnect the wiring harness at the compact plug (arrow).
    • Disconnect and remove the microphone (2).

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the microphone.
    2. • Install in the microphone.
    • Connect the wiring harness plug.
    • Connect the compact plug.

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the interior lamp holder.
    3. • Install the 4 retaining lugs.

    Tighten
    Tighten the 2 screws to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

    • Connect the wiring harness plug into the holder.
    • Connect and lock the 2 wiring harness plugs.
  3. Install the panel for the sunshade actuation switch.
  4. Install the microphone cover.
  5. Install the lens for the front interior lamp.
