Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1941219 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) compartment.
    2. 1.1. Open the I/P compartment cover.
    1.2. Remove the 4 bolts (1).
    1.3. Disconnect the wiring harness plug.
    1.4. Remove the I/P compartment.

    Object Number: 1941220 Size: LH
  2. Support the I/P compartment door damper.
    3. 2.1. Release the fastening clip (1).
    2.2. Remove the damper.
  3. Release and remove the I/P compartment door.
    4. 3.1. Remove the 2 bolts (2).
    3.2. Remove the I/P compartment door.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  1. Install the I/P compartment door.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  2. Install the I/P compartment door damper.

    3. Install the fastening clamp.

  3. Install the I/P compartment.
    4. 3.1. Connect the wiring harness plug.
    3.2. Insert the I/P compartment.

    Tighten
    Tighten the 4 bolts to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

    3.3. Close the I/P compartment door.
