Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1936824 Size: LF
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) compartment.
    2. 1.1. Remove the 4 bolts (1).
    1.2. Disconnect the wiring harness plug.
  2. Remove the passenger side lower footwell trim.

    3. Remove the bolt (3).

  3. Remove the air duct.

    4. Remove the body-bound rivet (2).

  4. Remove the blower motor (2).
    5. 4.1. Disconnect the 2 wiring harness plugs (1) from series resistor.
    4.2. Remove the 5 bolts.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  1. Install the blower motor.
    2. 1.1. Connect the clip.

    Tighten
    Tighten the 5 bolts to 6 N·m (63 lb in).

    1.2. Connect the 2 wiring harness plugs.
  2. Install the air duct.

    3. Install the body-bound rivet.

  3. Install the lower right footwell trim.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt - pivot and lock.

  4. Install the I/P compartment.

    5. Connect the wiring harness plug.

    Tighten
    Tighten the 4 bolts to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
