Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.

  1. Disconnect the battery.
  2. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 1998473 Size: LF

    Note: The illustration shows the vehicle without attaching parts for a clearer representation.

  3. Remove the wiring harness, fuel tank.
    4. • Disconnect the 4 wiring harness plugs.
    • Remove the wiring harness.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the wiring harness, fuel tank.
    2. • Position the wiring harness.
    • Connect the 4 wiring harness plugs.
  2. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement.
  3. Connect the battery.
  4. For programming procedures, refer to Control Module References.
