KM-6625 Flywheel Locking

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools.

1. Using the KM-6625 locking , block the crankshaft from rotating.

1.1.	Detach the screwed connection (1).

1.2.	Insert the KM-6625 locking  (2).

1.3.	Tighten the screwed connection (3).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




2. Install the crankshaft balancer (1) and bolt (2).

2.1.	Tighten the bolt to 95 N·m (70 lb ft) - first pass.

2.2.	Tighten the bolt 45 degrees + 15 degrees - second pass
