Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1942388 Size: SH
  1. Remove the bench seat.
    2. 1.1. Remove the 2 brackets (1) front.
    1.2. Support the 2 bench seat from the rear bracket.
    1.3. Push the seat simultaneously backwards and upward.

  2. Remove the rear seat backrest.
    3. 2.1. Remove the 2 bolts at the front
    2.2. Remove the belt buckle.
    2.3. Remove the 2 bolts, side.
    2.4. Fold down the rear seat backrest.
    2.5. Remove the 2 bolts at the back.

  3. With the aid of an assistant, remove the rear seat backrest.

    4. Remove the rear seat backrest from the side guide.

  4. Remove the head restraints.

    5. Object Number: 1942239 Size: LH
  5. Remove the rear seat backrest cover.

    6. Remove the 11 clips.

  6. Remove the left (1) and right (2) brackets.

    7. Remove the 3 bolts.

  7. Remove the cushion cover all the way around.
  8. Remove the head restraint guide sleeve.

    9. Remove the 4 head restraint guide sleeves with a suitable tool.

  9. Remove the belt panel.

    10. Remove the cover.

  10. Remove the cushion cover.
    11. 10.1. Remove the 11 clamps.
    10.2. Remove the cushion cover.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the cushion cover.
    2. 1.1. Position the cushion cover.
    1.2. Install the 11 clamps.
  2. Install the belt panel.
  3. Install the head restraint guide sleeve.

    4. Engage the 4 head restraint guide sleeves (audible click).

  4. Insert the surrounding cushion cover.

    5. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  5. Install the left and right brackets.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the 3 bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  6. Install the rear seat backrest cover.

    7. Install the 11 clips.

  7. Install the head restraints.
  8. Insert the rear seat backrest.
  9. Install the rear seat backrest.

    10. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 screws at the back to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

    Note: Use screw locking compound.

  10. Fold down the rear seat backrest.

    11. Insert the 2 seat belt buckles.

    Tighten

        • Tighten the 2 bolts, side to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
        • Tighten the 2 front bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
  11. Insert the rear seat cushions and lock.
