Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2006 🢒 ION 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.4L 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Removal

    Object Number: 1403965 Size: SH
  1. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield.

    2. Object Number: 825111 Size: SH
  2. Remove the block heater if equipped.

    3. Object Number: 1403961 Size: SH
  3. Remove the oxygen sensor.

    4. Object Number: 746061 Size: SH
  4. Remove and discard the exhaust manifold to cylinder head retaining nuts.
  5. Remove the exhaust manifold.
  6. Clean all of the sealing surfaces.
  7. If the exhaust manifold is being replaced, transfer the following parts:
    8. • The exhaust manifold heat shield
    • The oxygen sensor
