Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.

Radiator Grille Bolt (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Radiator Grille Assembly

Tip
Release the outer grille retainer tabs from the front bumper fascia and push outward in order to remove the grille.

Preliminary Procedure

Remove the front compartment sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Sight Shields Replacement.

Radiator Grille Screw (Qty: 4)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

Radiator Grille Assembly

Procedure

Release the 12 integral tabs using a small flat-bladed tool securing the radiator grille to the front bumper fascia.

Preliminary Procedure

Open the hood in order to access the fasteners for the radiator grille.

Radiator Grille Support Bracket Bolt (Qty: 4)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

Radiator Grille Support Bracket (Qty: 2)

Radiator Grille Outer Bracket Bolt (Qty: 2)

Tighten
2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

Radiator Grille Upper Nut (Qty: 4)

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Tip
Transfer the radiator grille emblem. Refer to Radiator Grille Emblem/Nameplate Replacement.
