Preliminary Procedures

1. Disconnect the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
2. Remove the junction block cover.

Battery Positive Cable to Junction Block Bolt (Qty: 3)

Procedure

1. Remove battery cable nut on junction block and remove batter cable.
2. Remove the junction by releasing the tabs.

Underhood Electrical Center or Junction Block

Preliminary Procedure

Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)
