Broken apply plate

Faulty clutch pressure plate bearing

•	Inspect for a faulty clutch pressure plate bearing. Refer to Transfer Case Disassemble and Transfer Case Assemble .

•	Recondition the transfer case components that are damaged from debris. Refer to Transfer Case Disassemble and Transfer Case Assemble .
