1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
2. Place the gear selector in the PARK position.

The backup lamps are off.

Place the gear selector in the REVERSE position.

The backup lamps turn on.

Place the gear selector in the NEUTRAL position.

The backup lamps turn off.
